Ordered $350.00 in "roller Blinds from Blinds.com on 7/27/2012. They charged my AE card and promised a 5 day manufacture time and a 3 day delivery time. More than 24 DAYS later, no blinds, no updates, no contact of any way. Called, they indicated a managers response within 24 hours. 2 days later, called again and after 30 minute wait time, blinds.com indicated they had no information on when I might receive my 2 blinds (order), Blinds.com indicated that "no manager" could help me and I should just "wait" no apology, no help, nothing. This company is appears to be a scam and very fraudulent. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM, YOUR MONEY WILL BE TAKEN WITH NO PRODUCT IN RETURN.

  • I am the initiator of this complaint. "Blinds.com" contacted me shortly after posting the complaint on 8/21/2012. They have since satisfied my concern, delivered the product I ordered and took a real personal interest in making things right. The original order was lost in transmittal to the manufacturer and "Blinds.com took responsibility for the mistake. Their management staff personally took over my account and provided updates through manufacture and expedited delivery. Product was of high quality and I am satisfied with result. I hereby retract my complaint with this company.
