A general manager of this very large waste and recycling company has contrived over the past year to get me removed from my position of the site supervisor. He , in my opinion has used bullying tactics, victimization , discrimination,making false claims against me.He has used 2 recently qualified graduates to assist him in his efforts to dismiss me. I have made numerous claims to more senior management and HR personel that has not been followed up. I also made claims to Safecall, which is a wrong doing at work reporting procedure, again no action or investigation has to my knowledge taken place.These actions have caused myself and my partner a lot of stress and depression throughout the year. I was really hopeing that the management would see sence when I have appealed to these wrongful disciplinary actions.
Again I was wrong. This only serves for me to assume that there is a major cover up of the general managers actions towards me.
