Presently my house is still available for rent for 600EUR (Per month including utilities) with the refundable deposit payment of 800EUR .

Please i want you to note that i spent a lot on my property that i want to give to you for rent,so i will solicit for your absolute maintenance of this house and want you to treat it as your own, It is not the money that is the main problem but i want you to keep it tidy all the time so that i will be glad to see it neat when i come for a check up.I also want you to let me have trust in you as i always stand on my word..

New fridge I believe its absolutely a perfect home for you and your family.Utilities include Water,Trash,Sewer,Gas,Fast internet with a friendly community of neighbors.. Portions of activities such as passages, bingo, clutch of the coffee, divided groups that roll and for every holiday. The restaurants, supermarket, the post office and the warehouses are within distance that walks Etc....

MODE OF REGISTRATION
A)Tenants will supply his/her details which will be forwarded to prepare the contract documents..
B)Tenants will email a confirmation message to me to confirm that he/she received the contract documents.
C)Tenants will print out the Contract Documents and then Sign it.
D)Tenants will pay the payment via western union money transfer,the receipt will be attached to the contract documents and scan back to me for confirmation and proper documentations of the contract documents
