I entered into the Slimtone plus trial and rang within the 14 day period to ask for a returns number. They explained that I would have to ring back within 4 days. I rang again and was told (apparently incorrectly) that she would send me a returns voucher. Then this morning I have been told that I have now been issued with another set and that my initial charge would charged at 3 x £37.50 (for patches which I never ordered) and then another £112.50 for the new amount.

The leaflets on the initial shipment refer to the £37.50 on two of the products but not the third. I was insulted on the phone when trying to explain this. Now been put on hold for a long time to speak to a supervisor.

Please can someone expose these scammers!!!
