I purchased some bicycle part online at this website, after paying by bank transfer they then proceeded to ask for more money as the pricing was wrong on the website, I refused and asked for them to send me a lower grade groupset equal to the amount I'd already paid. They have sent me a Bill of Lading through FedEx and FedEx have confirmed it as an original but cannot track it as the tracking number is only issued once it is sent. It has not been sent and I can no longer get any reply to my emails.
