Signed up with this law firm in January 2012 and was promised they would work on a loan modification with our mortgage company. Submitted all the neccessary paperwork when asked and nothing was ever done. Now my home is in foreclosure because of their lack of work. Can never get a straight answer from them and they don't call back when they say they will. I feel this firm is a scam.
Now using a local law firm that is registered with in my state. My suggestion to anyone is look to your local firms for any help.

I've enclosed proof of communication with Alia Law Group, now known as Foreclosure Law Center. Would like to have the $3,000. paid to them refunded as I can use this to pay my current attorney.
