i purchased a couch set from regency for 983.67 and they delivered it on the 08/20/12 around 1:45 pm. after the delivery men left, when i started to open the plastic i saw damage on both love seat and sofa. right away i contacted customer service and they told me to pay 75 bucks for an inspector to come and inspect it and the inspector will decide if he has to be repaired or not. when i bought we were three ppl and the manger told me wrong information and put on the paper different. Now, all i asked them was that i will pay the 75 bucks but i need to get a new couch, i don't want them to repair it for me coz it wasn't damaged by me. i recieved it damaged and notify them right away. i went to the store and try to talk to manager and he was rude and they were talking in spanish infront of me and didn't understand why they were discussing about my sofa. finally, i showed him the pic of the damaged sofa and he was shocked but he told me that he has nothing to do about it. I paid my money to get new sofa and all i am asking is, i need them to give me new couch, i really don't want them to repair it since it is their damage!
