While trying to book flights for 3 adults online , I kept receiving an error message asking me to close my browsers and try again ...I tried 4 times unaware that everytime I tried my Bank account was being debited for 932.00 ...3 payments where taken , the 4th payment was rejected ...I had to call 4 times to Jet 2 on a premium rate number costing 65p per min . It took 5 days to get my money back ...my bank account was cleared of all funds leaving 31.00 ...I had to borrow money to cover my Direct Debits ...Not one apology from Jet2 for their online booking error .....
