Scam artists in New York selling time shares and marketing services under the domain names innovative-american.com, innovative-american.org, and innovative-american.net are unlawfully operating a business in the State of New York and several other states under the name Innovative American, LLC.
Since I own a company named Innovative American LLC in another state and these scam artists are damaging my business reputation, I complained to the New York Department of State where I was informed that no company was registered to operate a business in New York with the name Innovative American, LLC.
With the cooperation of the New York Department of State, I reserved all rights to the business name Innovative American, LLC in the state of New York on August 16, 2011.
