The valet parking attendant was given clear and releated instruction NOT TO touch the remote control of the drivers window as the window was unable to close again once open. The valet parking attendant handed my car over to a different parking attendant and failed to pass on the instructions I had given him regarding the drivers window. The window is now damaged and I have drive around with a plastic shield wrapped around my window. I am unable to leave my car in unnattended parking areas as it can easily be broken into. The Ashfield West Leagues club refuses to take responsibility for the damages and has dismissed it as being an "accident". I am seeking compensation or part payment for the damages to my windows remote control.

Negligence on behalf of the valet station officer of Ashfield West Leagues Club, NSW caused an unneccessayr damage to my right side drivers window.
