International boundaries
Purchased coins from Ebay auctions in January 2012. Never received items. Paypal refunded money. Benoit Dombrowski then sent harassing emails through the Ebay message system, then direct emails to me, then started invoiceing through Paypal for ever increasing dollar amounts 2 times a day. Paypal pulled money out of their personal pockets and paid him money to stop harassing me. Now, I see that he has been doing this to many other people as well and he will continue to do this criminal activity and scamming for money by harassment until he is stopped.
