This eBay seller has sent me numerous invoices to pay for an item or items that I had not asked for through Paypal invoices and/or directly through email.
I have reported Benoit Dombrowski to the IC3.gov authorities and the BBB of Canada.
Paypal requested that Benoit Dombrowski cease sending me invoices yet I received at least 10 until I changed my email and password in eBay and Paypal to put a stop to it.
All this began when I ordered a .95 cent coin from eBay that was never delivered and then opened a case in eBay for an item not received. My money was promptly refunded with a vulgar and very profane message in eBay's message system. eBay and Paypal were very much useless otherwise in helping me with problems that followed when angus_coin_shop phished me for large amounts of money and harassed me for payment after the case was closed.
Any questions from scambook are welcome and any requests for proof of my complaint is available in either hard copy or complete detail electronically. A folder with all information can be sent in zip form for review.
Since my ordeal began with this seller, others have contacted me that have gone through very similar scenarios with this seller and have also filed complaints. This seller is avoiding collecting and/or paying taxes with sales as seen in some comments in his NEGATIVE feedback comments received here in this link.

Note: after i bid the amount i was willing to pay. he added 12.00 more dollars tax

I am reporting the seller to the Canada Revenue Service as well.
