http://www.bigowlsautorescue.net, make grand promises, with super testimonials on their web site, but are a far cry from the hype. Had one of the mobile mechanics scheduled to repair my car. Given a quote, told it would not change. Total changed three times. Ultimately, car still not fixed. Spoke with Big Owl, and he stated someone was coming out, they never showed. Will not return phone calls, will not refund money. Had vehicle towed to import repair shop, where I was politely informed that the vehicle was not repaired, and because of the damages the mechanic had done, it would be cheaper to purchase a new engine. Do not let this man steal your money.
