I was in the process of buying a 1967 manufactured home from Santiago. I spent 2 years working on it and paying more than I should. Towards the end of 2 years being there, I was threatened and scared off of the property as well as being told to move. I put $11,453.00 into it. I should be compensated for what I spent and the work I put into it. I reviewed my spendings there and I should already have owned it, plus the property should be paid for til May 2013. I'm sure it was a scam of such. Other homes were sold cheaper than mine, being the same as mine. I believe they are slightly prejudice and were discriminating a bit.
