I received the supplement in the mail with nothing else. No information if I want to send it back or cancel it. On the phone they told me I could cancel or I will be billed every month. But I do not know where to cancel if I want too. There is no information. When they called me on the phone to verify they asked me for my credit card again. I'm starting to get worried.
