Today i bought 1500m in SoulSplit GP for a video game i play called SoulSplit. During my order i talked with someone in their live chat customer service to ensure a clean payment. After my payment was transferred i was kicked from the chat and then found that my IP was banned from their live chat. I did not receive my money in game nor a refund to my credit card.

- I'm not going to lie, i was surprised by it too.. but there's no way to deny an IP block.
