So, randomly I have a 9.99 charge on my t-mobile bill from these guys... I didn't sign up for anything, no downloads of any apps, NOTHING that would have given me this charge.. A quick google search and this company has an F rating on the Better Business Bureu site, as well as a list of complaints going on about this random fee being added to cell phone bills. Please check your phone bills closely!! I called T-mobile, but they said that they have to request a refund for me, and that it would be adjusted on my next bill. Also they blacklisted this company for me... Shouldn't this be blacklisted by default?!?!? It's a scam company!!!
