Exact complaint as the other post...I ordered custom Backyardigans stickers, I still have not received them! I emailed the company on 8/8 and let them know I needed them by Friday so I wanted to cancel my order, the email response I received assured me they would get to me by Friday. The party was 8/13 so when I didn't get them I emailed on 8/13 and requested a full refund. The response I got said I could not be given a refund because my order was already shipped. I still have not received my order. To make matters worst I get an email today 8/24 saying my order will be shipped out today! This company is the WORST! Do not order from them... For custom items go to ETSY or "my tutu boutique"
