I was working for this company for 3 years and when I went to resign I gave a 2 week notice and left on good terms, even my boss told me if I wanted to come back I could. Well the next following years, I had tried applying so I could work PRN and was never hired. I never knew why until recently.I had spoken to the new manager and she told me I was fired and was ineligible for rehire. I ask why and she said there was no reason to my termination. I would like to know how to fight this. I know i gave a 2 week notice,but I don't have the paper cause I didn't think this would happen to me.
