First claim they paid after chasing them for more than a month and before pulling back a bad check. You cannot get through their 800 numbers or even their managers. They are in the business to make money and not service. Too many bad raps from this company. Buyers avoid. Seek help from your credit card company and business bureaus to get your refund.
