I ordered some shoes from the website on 7/21/12. I never received my shoes. I contacted Rios Shoes but got no answer. I finally contacted Paypal and they issued a claim. They somehow got the charges "reversed". I received a small plastic shower cap in the mail today from the company. This place is a scam.
