We were called in April by Brooke Dougas about our 12 bonus weeks from Orage Lake Resort, which about to expire. She needed those weeks for 4th of July week. She said that she already has some big corporation to buy them.We would get $1500 for each week in less than 4 weeks. We fell for it.We paid $1788.00 fee($149 per week). After 4th of July past we tried to call #866-526-8152 and Brooke's # many times, but nobody answers.I contacted Discover card which we paid our fee with to help us to get our money back. DISCOVER contacted CCTN and recived a letter from CCTN that they are still advirtising our property(not a word about our "bonus weeks")."A refund is not possible at this poit as this customer never made any attempt to cancel" sais in this letter.Discover was very happy to acccept it and closed the investigation.DISCOVER DOEsN'T WANT to deal with it.
