I paid Kimberley Tylor £247.00 for a training course on Gastric Band Hypnotherapy which was cancelled twice, first time she had an accident on the way to the venue, so promised to arrange new dates. The second time she offered dates in Manchester which I accepted and she confirmed, when I arrived the event had not been booked and she has since ignored my requests for a refund.

  • She also did the same in London. My husband went to one of her "training courses" and she didn't turn up or contact any of the delegates. After several times trying to contact her he finally received a text, he asked for his money back and was told she didn't have it but he would get it back eventually. He asked when that wld be but has heard nothing again from her. Her phone gives an international ring so clearly she has gone abroad, perhaps using the money she has received from everyone!!! If you used Paypal try claiming your money back through them we were successful with that but are still out of pocket for flights from Scotland and hotel which we want her to pay us back.

    Glad to know I'm not alone, but sorry she's such a cheat. Thank you for your comments, I have now put it in my card service providers hands, because of the delay in re-arranging I ran out of time with PayPal, it's a 45 say limit.

  • I'm sure you will be able to retrieve the money via your credit card.

    I have reported her to watchdog as well as my husband reporting her to some of the sites she is registered with, hence she was withdrawn from their register, there is also a few people who have complaints about her on netmums.co.uk

    It seems she is still taking money from people, she claims to have had a break down but it doesn't take much to let people know that the course is cancelled.

    I know this girls sister as she is one of my best friends here in the South of France. Through the 20 years I have known her sister since her first arrival in France she has confided to me about SOME of the horrendous things her sister KIM MORRIS has done. Including emptying my fiends,her own sisters bank account when she was going to America. There's lots more. I don't have time to disclose all the details as I am going to meet my friend (Kims sister) in Cannes. I will inform her that Kim up until the 18th of August according to Marina was still accepting money when she knows that she will NEVER deliver she turned up in Cannes in July and caused a lot of distress for my friend. She's in France I will get her address if possible as some one this evil should be stopped.

    Ae you saying that KIM MORRIS and KIMBERLEY TYLOR are the same person?

    i didn't say that up until 18th August she was still taking money, my post was dated 18th August, she took money from us in June.

    Please look at these other posts from people who are also having problems with her.

    If you can get an address from her that would be much appreciated as you can imagine there is a lot of people out there that are very unhappy with her.

    I have an address that was on her flyer email which I did write to when thinking about Small Claims Court, but there's no way of knowing if it's genuine or if she's away a lot.

    I have just reported her to the police at Action Fraud of the National Fraud Intelligence Bureau who suggested I post their contact details on here so anyone else can report her.
    Their phone number is 0300 123 2040 and they have a website too. Apparently the postcode for the address she gives brought up a different address too.

  • Hi, I noticed that she was in Malta now under the name Kim Stapleton. She has a Facebook and Twitter accounts under that name and it shows that she is doing the same thing there.. i.e. gastric band hypnotherapy. It shows her partner as Laurence Stapleton - not sure if she married him or is just using his name. (Personal Information Removed) I have to say that I have had her do my hypnotherapy in the past and I found her to be very professional and very good. It was many many years ago and to be honest, I'm not even sure if it is the same person. I can't really tell. If it is her and she has done all those things, then I agree, she should be brought to justice but who am I to judge especially when she was great with me.

    My name is Karen Morris sister of Kim Morris whose many alias one of Kimberley Tylor now Kimbereley Stapleton.
    Yes well done for tracking her down. That is her.
    Let me tell you how very , very EVIL this girl is.

    Even when we were very young Kim was devious and dishonest.
    After many smaller events of theft our own mother told me to prosecute as when I was 20 -21 in 1985 -1986 she bought goods using my name and details intending to never pay for them.
    A collector and also a representive from the store went to my flat and my boyfriend Peter Carney was there . He wastold that I had bought a stereo and a razor and other goods to the maximum of credit . Obviously when my boyfriend heard this he thought the worse beleiving that I was having an affair then he saw the delivery address it was her boyfriends address Abdulla. I returned to the flat and the store representative confirmed that it was not me he had sold the goods to .I showed him Kims picture and he confirmed that it was her.
    She has esculated since then .
    I was emigrating to America and knew that I had enough money in my account to pay all the lawyers fees and expenses and all my living expenses for a while.
    Kim told me how excited she was .
    She totally withdrew ALL MY MONEY pretending to be me from my BRADFORD AND Bingleys account making it an absolute impossibility to emigrate. That was in 1992. And so much more has she done.
    Our grandmother complained to me about Kim as gran told us(that is myself and our younger sister) in 1996 or thereabouts that she had won a holiday from Take a Break and Kim had offered to sell it for her on Ebay . Gran told us both that Kim had NEVER given her any money nor had she returned her holiday voucher.This girl has no scruples.
    And this nor the last scam are not the only evil things she has done.
    I will say though that she did do a lot of research and did actually get good results whilst she was being honest.

  • So sad that a person would do that to their own family. Sorry to hear of your troubles with your sister Karen. I have fallen out with a couple of brothers over similar but not as bad events. I hope people never think bad things of you because of the actions of your sister - who I have to say came across as a very attractive, positive, professional person when I had dealings with her. I'm amazed that she didn't just choose the straight path because she could have been very successful.

  • So sorry to hear all this Karen, it can't be a good thing to know that flesh and blood would do these kind of things.
    From what I've heard she bought a one way ticket to Malta and from her pages looks like she is doing the same thing over there.


    Hopefully your able to move on from it all and I wish you well in your future.
