So on the beggining of this month I had clicked on the site ziinga.com and saw the free 7 day membership and free bids, I bid on a 50$ futureshop card and won it, well I was happy because it was free membership and free bids, at that time I was just curious on the bid so I clicked once and won that bid. I paid for it and then i was asked for confirmation of information, scan of visa , passport or drivers licence, I didnt want to send those I items, and I just thought to myself damn this might be a scam, so I just let it slide because it was around only 7 dollars, and then as I checked my visa statement the site had billed me 7.08 and 91.02 $ canadian dollars so I was like what in the world?

I went back on the site and checked my account and then BAMM! it showed membership feee??!!! are you kidding me? I thought it was free>? So I went online and talekd to one of their representatives Shine and asked them to cancel my account, and she then talks about 50 dollar cancellation feee? So I said fine cancel it, then she states that I wont receive my item and promotional . So I said okay just cancel my account, I got a receipt for cancellation and now am waiting for my account to be fully deacticvated. I just dont know what to do if they dont cancel it, do I call my visa?
