I had an oil change done on my car and the guy who parked my stick shift left the car in gear and did not set the parking brake. When I pushed the automatic start button to cool down the car before I left the lobby my car jumped the curb and crashed into the building doing $900.00 dollers worth of damage. The manager was extremly rude and said that was protocall at his buisness and I should contact a lawyer.
