Purchased shoes from Stylezala and used PayPal. Received a shower cap in the mail from the company as a way for them to provide a tracking number to PayPal. PayPal closed my claim because of the tracking number, but after I spoke to PayPal on the phone they reimbursed me immediately. TV News Consumer Watchdogs should get a hold of these complaints as a way to alert the public.
