We Purchase the car from Mr. Taylor on July 13, 2012. He placed the add on Craigslist. A 2010 Honda Civic "in excellent condition with new car warranty 36,000 mile warranty with 60,000 mile power-train warranty. We asked if wrecked, answered No. My brother in law drove it and believed a "excellent deal". We bought the car on Friday evening. We drove it home and by Sunday it seemed to have low tire pressure. It need an oil change. We took it in for oil change and found it needed front tires and struts. Honda of Illinois replaced the struts and then they told us the drive side front shock had been replaced. They the assumed it may have been wrecked. We then called Mr. Taylor and asked if it had been wrecked, he said, "not that we know of. We have seen a lawyer in town and he said you might have a case but it will cost you at least $2,000.00 to try the case. He then in August 4th looked up the car fax and found out that Mr Taylor has purchased the car as salvage and he knew it was wrecked. The engine cradle had been crushed, cost to repair is approx 1250.00. We would like for Mr. Taylor to take back the car. We have been the victims of fraud and misrepresentation.
We paid 15000.00 for the car, legal fees $150.00, tires $250.00, Body shop estimate $104.00 wear and tear on our confidence

We cannot get the add from Craigslist because Mr. Taylor removed the add after he sold us the car. I have tried to get the add but no help from Craigslist. Can you help? I do not know Mr Taylor's User name or his e mail address.
