I purchase a bed from American Signature Furniture on 6/4/12 and took deliver on 6/14/12. The purchase was on the retail credit account for 367.18 and the head board broke two months later in August. The retailer replace the head board in September. In January 2012 the foot board, side rails bottom broke. I inform the retailer and the retailer financier.They place the account in dispute and credit for 367.18. The retail financier mail a statement DO NOT PAY with a credit balance. I had a appointment with repairmen for 2/8/12 The retailer rescheduled the appointment to 2/15/12. The retail financier reinstated 367.18 and said I miss my appointment which the retailer rescheduled and said I did not return the purchase with a letter. On 2/15/12 the repairman came took picture stated the bed was beyond repair. I ask him to return the bed back to the retailer he said he could not because he was alone. I called the retailer and the retail financier they reinstated my credit with a lesser amount 3/2/12 $117.50 over paid,5/2/12 $58.13 over paid and both statements DO NOT PAY. But on 4/2/12 I received a bill balance $309.05 minimum $25. In March 25,2012 the retailer pickup the merchandise. They refuse to give me a return receipt so I kept pickup driver phone number 201-376-2528 which is on my cell phone record as proof calls on 3/25/12. In May I received a letter from the retail financier dated 4/27/12 a provisional credit $144.99 and not the disputed amount 367.18 cost of the purchase. The merchandise had a year warranty which the retailer refuse to honor and refuse to speak to me to resolve this purchase. The retail financier told me to produce a return receipt to cancel the bill. Which the retailer refuse to give after the merchandise was returned. The retail financier billed me for 6/2/12 $162.06 minimum payment $25, 7/2/12 $192.55 minimum payment $32, 8/2/12 $258.86 minimum payment $50 with late fees, penalties and calls from their collections department daily. They also place negative information credit report because of this issue which I want removed. I all want a full refund with over payment in a check to me.
