On 4/24 I purchased a Samsung phone from Amazon. When I received it I registered it on the Samsung web site for the year guarantee. The phone started having issues in July & I contacted Samsung. Initially they gave me a Ticket number, but within a few days sent an e-mail that the phone was out of warranty. I called Samsung & the lady said that the phone was a refurbished model. I got an e-mail from Samsung stating that the repair records on that phone go back to 2011.

I have had numerous e-mails with Amazon & Ross Cellular & they both claim that I am beyond their warranty period.

My claim is that they fraudulently filled my order with a used phone when I purchased a new phone from the website. I want a new phone as per the purchase agreement
