I ordered 4 ATV's from this place and after getting the runaround for nearly a moth after they received my payment I finally received the bikes. Once we took them out of the crates we noticed that one had a caved in front plate (which is where the model # and all other important info about the unit is.) My husband had to put the tires and batteries into all units before they could be rode. One unit was shipped with 3 flat tires. After all was put together and all bolts were checked and tightened that were assembled by the manufacturer, they were ready for the kids to ride. HA HA!! NOT!! Before even one hour of riding, two of the units steering arms broke causing two of our girls to wreck. One of the welds came unwelded from one of the units steering is what caused the arm to break. Another unit started leaking oil out of the engine. The same units back brake that you push with your foot was bent, making it impossible for our 7 yr old son to use. The chain on the same bike was so tight, it was tearing up the sprockets. The chain on another unit kept coming off every 15 minutes. That is just the major problems we had and contacted the seller about. I originally contacted them about these issues the moment they began happening. They have given us the runaround since. I just got an email today telling me that they will send replacement parts for the steering arms, bolts that broke or just FELL out! As for the engine that is leaking oil, we will have to ship it back to them paying for shipping both ways myself, they will fix it, and send it back. As for the weld, they will send me $40 to take it to a welder and have it fixed. Well, for one, I have already paid $750 for shipping to receive these junk bikes, I shouldn't have to pay for repair shipping. Also, I informed them that I do not have a vehicle to haul the unit to the nearest welding shop nor is it our responsibility to have to do this since these are manufactures errors. I was informed it is our responsibility to do so. Also, is $40 going to pay for rental of a trailer, gas, and the welders wages?!?! MORAL, NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM USA POCKET BIKES, ALSO KNOWN AS USA ATV'S.
