Back in June of this year I got on my bank and saw that there was a $30.00 withdrawal from my account. I did not give this company permission to withdrawal any money from my account. I have called them several times to get my money back. In June I first called them on the 11th and then on the 14th and that is when they told me my refund had been processed that it would take 16 days for it to complete. I called them back on the 18th day and they told that there was a technical problem in the billing department. They told me they resubmitted and to wait 3 to 5 more business days. I have called since then several times and were told the same thing wait a few more business days. I still have not received my money back. I believe that I will report them to the better business bureau.
