I LOADED 301.00 ONTO MY CARD AND THE TEXT CAME TO MY PHONE AS I WAS AT THE COUNTER SAYING I ONLY HAD $173.90. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID I HAD A NEGATIVE BALANCE. WHICH THERE IS NO POSSIBLE WAY AS TO THIS IS A PRE-PAID CREDIT CARD!!! THEY STOLE $127.00 INSTANTLY AND STILL WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK OR GIVE ME THE CORPORATE OFFICE NUMBER. NETSPEND IS A (Inappropriate Content Removed) SCAM COMPANY. DON'T EVER USE NETSPEND!!!
