I have had a very similar experience to this in the UK.
Gave 24Pump my card details to secure a Cable Crossover Machine... they helped themselves to £300 more than the equipment price quoted, kept delaying the delivery... then completely lost contact.. not answering calls or emails. Filed a fraud case with my bank... and 24Pump are refusing to acknowledge it! -
