I've never even heard of this site. I was checking my bank and credit card accounts (something I do twice a month) when I noticed this charge on a card that I haven't used for anything since April. Suddenly there's this charge from some web company I have never heard of before. Once bank hours hit, I'm going to go get some answers - I am not paying this. It's small, I know, but you can't just charge someone for something when they've never even heard of you, let alone use your services.
