You guys will never recover a single dime and there's nothing you can do about it.
Here's why.
On their web page in big bold letters it says:"WESTERN SKY FINANCIAL is a Native American business operating within the exterior boundaries of the Cheyenne River Sioux Reservation, a sovereign nation located within the United States of America."
See that part about 'sovereign nation'? They are in a sovereign nation. What that means is that the laws of the USA don't apply to them. It would be like taking some rinky dink company in Slovenia to court. Good luck.
