I was ask to manage her Business...I left my job of almost 3yrs base on a lie told by her. I produce an menu on my own build her Business she got rid of my selected Staff and watch me day by day how i prepared my way of cooking and became very impossible to work with!!!! She of Turkish desent the kitchen was my but she was alway's there and now i know why I feel she need's to make me like I was .It's my certicate on the wall of Business and my name on the sign that i've ask to have remove!!!! I feel she strongly Mis-lead me... She wear's no hair-net ,does'nt wash the vegetables,her hand's cook's in her flip-flop's just fiflthy have pic's to support it all!!!
