This amount was put on my Visa Credit Card and billed on 05/15/2012 ref # 2441289GTWGNDTQHX; tel #480-304-5500 AZ for $104.01 and another entry on 5/15/2012 ref # 2441289GTWGNDTQKE for $104.01 tel # 480-304-5500 AZ. After several attempts to get satisfaction by phone; was advised sometimes takes longer than 4 to 6 weeks to start; to I will return your call by end of day.
