These people are liars! I asked them prior to them coming to tow my car, if in the event I am not able to agree to the financing that they offer, what will occur? Mike states that "Oh!, you just come and get your car and that's it!"

Two days later Jenna calls back and say the car needs an engine and I need to put $1900 down for a $4500 engine job. I laughed and explained that I did not even purchase for that much and plus if I could afford that why would I even do it. Told her I was financing, she say nothing about a tow/diagnostic fee, she says to have my lender call her and they will work it out.

My lender calls me and says that she is now saying that she needs a $280 fee to release the car back to him. I call her to see if they can be courteous and understand that I came to them in the first place because I had no immediate cash. I ask for a payment plan and she says that they can't finance that amount. I ask if the car repair costed that much would they not do it then? I then request for her to see if the "high ups" would give her the go for my payment plan request. A few days later I cal to get update and she claims that they are still on vacation and not responding. Of course, I am irrate at this point and to make matters worst this Mike character gets on the phone and tells me flat out that the owners will not call and it's not gonna happen. I would like to see if an owner could care less about the unprofessionalism in his/hers business. He also was rude, arrogant, cocky and hung up. Funny people they are a bunch of scam artists in the business to take people's cars to resell them at their dealership Auto Maxx or whatever its called.
