they have put an advert on the Face book of their pure collegen serum sample just for GSP2.97 and after 14 days they charge another GSP96.35 without my authorization. Too bad the bank approved the transaction even it is a debit card of which there is only GSP4.00 balance in my account !
I then received the bank statement in Feb and find out there is a total of GSP146 of which the bank has charged me the handling and interest for the 96.35 over charge.
Have filed a dispute at the bank of this unauthorized transaction but the bank have already turned down my claims. I feel being robbed first of all by this Anti-aging store and then the Nationwide Bank who let the transaction through and charge me almost GSP50- on top, where can I get help ??? This is ridiculous !!!!
