Hi im glad to read from you and concerning the house you are making
inquiry of is still available to rent, the rent fee per each month is
$700 with security deposit of $700 and pet deposit of $80. Little
description about the home you want to rent goes thus, its 3bedroom,
2bathroom, sq-feet of 2,399 with lots of appliance for your use and the
utilities included in the rent are water, gas and electric. Its a lovely
home and you will enjoy living in there with your family without any
problem .



I would like to tell you about myself and my family so that you
can know little about your landlord, my name is Quinn Fran and my hubby
name is Joseph Fran with our two sons (Joel & Matt). Few months ago i
was involve in a car accident that happen some couple of month ago that
make me lost my hearing and i have some fracture on my legs too but am
getting better now and my husband is currently working in UK now due to
the Just concluded Olympic games, he is a technician and one of his
friend who is part of the Olympic committee have invited him in and
fixed him up where his service is needed, so am now with my mom and
family in Vancouver Washington for more care and treatment so that i can
get back on my feet soon and my husband has instructed me to find a
good tenant to take care of our home because now that the Olympic games
has come to an end i will be moving to UK with our children and start a
new life there with my husband because they have extend his contract
even with the completion of the Olympic games they still need him to
continue working for them. Am sorry to bother you with all this but i
want you to know where we are coming from and i will be happy if you can
tell me more about yourself so i can know who i want to rent our house
to because that is the main reason am not going through an agent and my
husband is against that too so anyone we choose to rent from us will
take good care of our house . The person living in the house right now
is my husband cousin and they are not taken good care of the house, my
husband have told them to leave and they have send the keys of the house
to my husband so the house is vacant right now and ready for move in .
The house is in good shape because repairs are made and maintenance are
up to date and more-so I have some pictures of the house with me here so
you need not worry about the condition of the house . We are thinking
of rent to own option in later days if you are interested but we want to
use the house for rental for at-least 5 or 6 yearly before doing a rent
to own option.



The house is located at 7519 E. Jackson Place Broken Arrow, OK, i
want you to go and check out the house and get back to me so that we
can proceed with the renting process .
