Identity fraud ,my email and other details have been used on different cupid media sites and nothing is being done.I called to complain and they told me i needed a new email address ,i did this and accessed Afrointroductions,the company owe me for my gold membership,I wrote and asked them to use my remaining money to open my new account but have heard nothing.They deny access to other sites,although i have been just a standard member and unable to contact any profiles,saying my account had been terminated.i have written to them regarding this but had no reply.Please can you [Personal Information Removed]

We would like to once again assert that creating a new email address was suggested in your best interest as your original email appears to have been hijacked by someone. We have previously requested you to contact us but unfortunately had received no further contact from you until today, which we responded to immediately with further instructions.
