I have been charged by Telstra $40.50 for a
"Telstra Paybyphone" from Melbourne. I do not live in Melbourne and on 20th July I was in a nursing home recovering from a serious illness in Sydney. I do not know how to make a Maybyphone call and could not as I only have a very simple phone.
I would be pleased to forward any further details and to receivve a credit off my Ignite credit card for $40.50.
