I RECEIVED a text mssg. on my pay as you go cphone just tonight (August 13, 2012) at 5:44pm stating I won an Apple product with claim number: #8951.The call I think was from a US number: (+1202-6794796. I googled first the website given: http://www.apple.ca.nocost.cc what I dont understand is how did they get my number and I had been scammed before. so the next good thing was I double checked the company name via website and found out it was already SUSPENDED.
Glad to know its another big SCAM suspended for fraudulent existence. I posted my experience to WARN others to check, verify the legitimacy of such text mssgs before even bothering going to do website surfing on the given company name or following instructions from them.
Thank you for the concerned efforts of this blogspot or corner. It takes a little more searching before even thinking of biting the bait.
