When we bought our timeshare we were told we could trade for points. Which we did on our first year. On our 2nd year we found out that there was a policy that this option was limited to every other year.
The terms of these policies were not clearly documented when we purchased our unit/week.
We thought Marriott was a reputable company, it would seam that all time shares are shoddy scams.
