This company charged my account 30.00 without my approval or any contact. I have been calling them since I found out today, but they had me hold for 5 mintueseach call, only to go to voicemail each time. I have not talked to anyone yet because it keeps going into voicemail. I will keep trying tomorrow, and if no one picks up, I will take legal actions. I did not receive any kind of notice as to what this charge is. What a horrible scam!
