On August 1st, I signed up for Telus Internet and TV service online. I was helped by a online staff with the whole thing. I had give my address to make sure they had their services in my area. They wanted me to give my info to check my credit. I provided the info to an agent who called me on August 2nd. They sent me an email saying everything was good and give me a date for August 10th. Even received another email that mentioned that they will be home on August 9th between 10AM and 5PM.

Now I received a call on August 9th evening that they realised that they can't install the TV service in my area by message and left a 800 number. Didn't mention anything else. Called the number provided on Aug 10th and didn't get through as their system was being upgraded or so. Waited for an agent come to install the Internet and no one came. And there was no calls or anything.

I am quite upset that they wasted my time & they hit my credit without doing their due diligence.

No one has called to apologise or to explain anything either
