Ordered party decorations for an important event. The items were not delivered. Several calls were made but the manager was always in a meeting and the customer service reps didn't apologize. Asked for a full refund but the reps said that until the manager finds out what happened to the items with the UPS, the refund has to be on hold. There was no tracking number and they have no idea what happened to the order.
