wigshow.co.uk, who also operate as web win, offer cheap online wigs. The website offers to refund in full if n. Got it today and it is very poor quality and bright orange. They initially offered 15% refund which I rejected. They are based in Hong Kong and refuse to give address. The wig was sent from a company called Shanghai Liuyun co ltd via a USA address: 4747 36th Street, Long Island City, NY 11101. They have a link to face book on the website.
What can I do to get money back? How can the website be closed? Thanks
