I called to find out why we received an invoice for payment due when my husband had told them over & over he did not want the services. I was told they have a recording with him agreeing to it so I put my husband on the phone & he once again told them NO.
They wanted him to verify his information (phone #, address, etc) for them one more time to make sure they had it right & he told them NO And hung up. Don't verify anything to them.
Update: 08/14/2012
Looking over the invoice they sent us, I noticed they didn't even have the correct name of our company. If we would of agreed to this then the name of our Company name would of been verified correctly...we had changed it several years ago.
