In February of 2009, I contacted the above named company in search of obtaining a divorce. I explained to them that I wanted a divorce with sole custody of my two minor children. They told me that was not a problem. I then received by email blank documents from this company. When I called to explain that the documents were blank, they said that was the service they offered. If I needed help filling out the documents, they could have one of their staff members assist me by phone. When I reiterated the fact that I was seeking sole custody due to a history of domestic violence, they told me that I had no right to take the man's children away from him, and I would be stupid to attempt this as it would provoke a justifiable reaction from him. I requested return of at least 75% of the money I had paid. I figured this was acceptable, as I had been given documents that I could take to an attorney to have filed, but I was not given the service I was promised. The man on the phone called me vermin and called me stupid. I was never able to recover any of the money I paid, and still have not been able to obtain divorce or custody. I was lucky to come up with the money I had paid, and have not been able to do it since. They promised me a service they did not deliver, insulted my requests and history, and refused to help to resolve the situation. The company was located in Savannah, Georgia.
